Administrative Assistant Middletown, CT Part-Time (20 hours/week) 3 Month Assignment with possible extension Hourly Pay: $15.00
Job Summary: The temporary administrative assistant (AA) collaborates with other members of administrative office to ensure effective operation of the office. This position provides support for administrative staff and is responsible for office management and various administrative tasks and projects.
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Perform basic office duties (e.g. scanning, filing, data entry) to support members of CLS- administrative office - Process incoming and outgoing mail - Answer general phone line and greet visitors - Monitor general voicemail and return or forward messages as appropriate - Other duties as needed
Job Specifications: - Education: Bachelor-s Degree preferred, not required - Experience: At least one year of clerical experience preferred, not required - Skills: Microsoft Office proficient, problem solving, communication, time management - Characteristics: Work well as part of a team and in a fast paced environment
