45 to 60K per year. Local fund raising organization looking for an Operations Coordinator. Pay is based on experience and experience is REQUIRED! Two years of relevant experience, preferably in a non-profit setting. Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) as will use daily to create and mange reports, databases and spreadsheets. Will also need the ability to learn other programs and systems. Will work closely with the Operation Manager as well as donors. Will collect and analyze data of funds as well as calculate projected annual funds. Will post gift donation transactions, upload data files, reconcile credit card activity and assist with the General Ledger. Will verify spending reports, "sweep to principal" calculations, and prepare annual endowment reports. Must be able to handle and solve problems as they arise and be cross-trained to help in other areas. Bachelor''s degree required.
