Summary: Sorts and scans files, documents and folders.

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Sort documents and folders received daily.
- Enters all documents and folders into the correct cell/folder.
- Use handheld scanners to identify/read the bar code on the folder to be filed.
- Pull folders upon request.
- Straightening files, physical cell audits and cleanup of area and general organization of file system.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Previous filing experience preferred.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Math Ability:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Computer Skills:
No Computer skills needed.

Certificates and Licenses:
No certifications needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
